Registration for training courses organized by Marie Faguet – Cristal implies unreserved acceptance by the participant of these general conditions of sale, which prevail over any other document.

Article 1. – Registration procedures

Online on the by cristal.com website, by choosing and validating the training, specifying the date, duration, price which are indicated on the website, as well as the place of execution.

Registration constitutes acceptance of these general conditions as well as the payment conditions.

Article 2. – Contractual documents

For each training action, Marie Faguet Cristal sends the client, in duplicate, a continuing professional training contract or agreement as provided for by law.

The client agrees to return a signed copy, and possibly a company stamp, as soon as possible. A quote and a training program are also sent to the client.

The program contents as shown on the training presentation sheets are provided for informational purposes only. The educational manager reserves the right to modify them depending on the level of the participants or the dynamics of the group.

Article 3. – Withdrawal

From the date of signing the contract, the client has ten days to withdraw. The client must inform the training organization by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In this case, no amount will be required from the participant.

Article 4. – Price – payment

The participant will pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service. Payment will be made by online transfer to a PayPal account. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the contract or agreement and the check or bank transfer for the 30% deposit.

All our prices are indicated in euros and exclusive of taxes (VAT exemption – article 261 of the CGI). They do not include

that the price of the training courses chosen, other costs (travel, accommodation, catering) are the responsibility of the participant.

Any training started is due in full.

At the end of the 10-day withdrawal period, the 30% deposit paid when ordering will remain with Marie Faguet – Cristal if the client cancels the training.

Payment of the balance payable by the participant must be made no later than the first day of training.

It is up to the participant to take charge of any steps required to obtain full or partial reimbursement of the training from an organization.

In the event that the participant places an order for products, he/she must first pay for the order to validate it.

Article 5. – Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation of training by the client must be communicated in writing.

For any cancellation, even in cases of force majeure, less than 21 days before the start of the training, 30% of the deposit will be retained by the training center and will not be refunded.

Between 21 days and 15 days before the session, the participant will be liable for 50% of the training price.

Between 15 days and the first day of training, the participant must pay the full price of the training.

Marie Faguet – Cristal reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session if there are insufficient participants. An alternative session date will be proposed, if necessary. If rescheduling is not possible for the participant or the training center, the latter will refund the full registration fee, excluding any other costs.

Article 6. – Certificate of participation

When the participant completes their training in full, they receive a certificate of participation.

Article 7. – Personal data collected

The participant or registration manager agrees to the collection of their personal data, communicated for the purpose of managing their registration, monitoring, and communicating any information related to the training. This personal data remains exclusively intended for internal use by the training center.

The participant has the right to access, modify, rectify and oppose data concerning him/her, upon simple written request to the training center.

All presentation sheets, content and educational materials, whatever the form used by Marie Faguet Cristal to provide training, or given to trainees, are the exclusive property of Marie Faguet Cristal.

Any use, representation, reproduction in whole or in part, translation, transformation or exploitation, video, audio and photo recording is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal proceedings.

The participant agrees to be photographed during the training and consents to their image being used on any type of media.

Article 8. – Sanctions

Participants are required to respect the internal regulations .

For any behavior that disrupts the smooth running of the training, the trainer may exclude the participant, without compensation.

Article 9. – Liability

The participant is responsible for his/her personal effects and property brought.

Article 11. – Allocation of powers

The general conditions and all relations between Marie Faguet – Cristal and its clients are governed by French law.

Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of CASTRES, regardless of the client's registered office or residence. This jurisdiction clause will not apply to disputes with a non-professional client, for which the legal rules of material and geographical jurisdiction will apply.
