These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale and delivery of cosmetic products as well as products and materials used in the context of a beauty activity, by Marie Faguet Cristal.
They may be modified at any time by Marie Faguet Cristal. The General Terms and Conditions applicable to the customer are those in effect on the day of the order.
IDENTITY OF THE SELLER
The fact that the buyer places an order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and they prevail over any other document.
When using for professional purposes, it is the buyer's responsibility to have previously undergone training in the proper use of the products and materials sold by Marie Faguet Cristal.
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding and including VAT, at the end of the order. They do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased.
Marie Faguet Cristal reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the rates applied will be those in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payment is made by PAYPAL, credit card via Paypal, transfer, check or cash.
The products and materials remain the property of Marie Faguet Cristal until full payment of the price, delivery only taking place after full payment of the order.
When the customer places an order, the data recorded by Marie Faguet Cristal constitutes proof of all transactions between Marie Faguet Cristal and its customers.
Once the order has been validated, the buyer will no longer be able to cancel it.
Upon receipt of his order, he may exercise his right of withdrawal; he has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the day of receipt of his order.
The offers presented on the site are valid while stocks last.
In the event of total or partial unavailability of products or materials after placing the order, the buyer will be informed by email as soon as possible, as well as of the total or partial cancellation of his order or the future availability of the products.
If there is a total cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order,
If there is a partial cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the unavailable items.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order.
The products are prepared and shipped by Colissimo within a maximum of fifteen working days from receipt of the price corresponding to the order. Any delay resulting from a circumstance beyond the control of Marie Faguet Cristal, in particular force majeure, climatic conditions, etc., leads to the extension of the delivery time without any compensation or cancellation being able to be claimed.
When you order several products at the same time and they have different availability, you will be informed of the expected delivery times and you will be offered deferred shipment of all the products when they have all become available, or partial shipment of the available products, the rest of the order being delivered without additional shipping costs.
The unavailability, even prolonged, and without any time limit, of one or more products, cannot constitute prejudice for the customer and cannot give rise to the award of damages.
The transport of products is carried out at the customer's risk.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the apparent good condition of the goods delivered.
In the case of a damaged or incomplete package, it is up to the customer to refuse it in order to benefit from the carrier's guarantee.
In the event of non-compliant delivery (quantity discrepancy, damaged products, non-compliant model), complaints will only be valid for the following ten days; the reasoned statement of these reservations must be sent by the customer to Marie Faguet Cristal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Marie Faguet Cristal will then appreciate the possibility of returning the products.
Returns must be made by the customer at their own expense, in their original packaging and complete, and the returned products must be in perfect condition for resale; they must therefore not be soiled or damaged. Regarding cosmetic products, returns do not apply to products opened by the customer.
The products offered comply with current legislation.
They benefit from the guarantee of hidden defects defined by law.
Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from failure to comply with the instructions for use of the products, normal wear and tear of the products, poor maintenance, accidental damage or damage resulting from abnormal use of the products, an error by the customer or its client, as well as the use on the equipment or the installation of products other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
To benefit from the warranty, all products must first be submitted to the supplier's after-sales service, whose agreement is essential for any warranty support. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who will not be entitled to any compensation in the event of immobilization of the product due to the application of the warranty.
The provision of personal information by Internet users is not essential to browse the site but does not allow them to place an order.
Any first order will only be validated after the customer has communicated the information concerning him/her, including his/her IP address, necessary for the creation of a personal space.
The data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of Marie Faguet Cristal for the proper management of the order and the services offered on the site. Marie Faguet Cristal undertakes not to use this data for any other purpose, nor to transmit it to third parties, without the express consent of the customer or in cases provided for by law.

In the event of difficulty or impossibility of accessing the site, the customer will not be able to claim any compensation.
Marie Faguet Cristal cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract which may be directly or indirectly attributable to the actions of the customer or in the event of force majeure.
The composition of the products is indicated in the description sheet of the articles, it is up to each person to ensure that the products do not present any medical contraindication against them.
